UX Manager, Strategist, Designer, Design System, Research

Problem

The company lacked a UX foundation, requiring a structured approach to user research, design thinking, and brand consistency. Without an established UX process, design efforts were fragmented, impacting product and sales. The absence of design systems hindered efficiency and growth. The organization needed leadership in product, execution of high-impact initiatives, and mentorship.

Solution

Leveraged user research, design thinking, brand identity, and component libraries to create an effective UX process from scratch.

Led product rebrand three times, introducing design libraries in Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma, improving sales by 50%.

Planned and executed a user-centered $5M life science manufacturing initiative from inception to successful launch within budget, scope, and time, taking the company from $50M to 150M and a 1.5 B series A valuation.
