Our group was awarded a $1bil contract from the King of Morocco to build the world's largest fill-finish plant. The goal is to make Africa independent from the rest of the world for 20 essential vaccines. My challenge was to build the brand and provide Technology support including; web presence, quality system, LIMS support, and Sharepoint in an accelerated schedule.
